Wake up like that sound sleep was everything that you needed to manage your day. Get up and get your errands done. Steady yourself and keep things ready you’d need. Leave your bed with such energy that it feels inappropriate to stay any longer anywhere near it. 2.Run around

 Managing yourself is fine but run around a bit for yourself. A morning brisk run burns about 290 of calories in just 30 minutes. As you age, your ability to run declines and we get tired real soon so it’s absolutely necessary to keep your body in the habit of running. Running is required because it keeps you energized, fills you with good stamina, and makes you real hungry which is essential. 3.Eat nutritious breakfast: it’s only right to look for a nutritious breakfast since it’s the most important meal of the day. We often like to believe that we can manage just fine without it or avoiding it would save us some time to manage other chores but we got to stop taking our first meal lightly. As already enough told and emphasised breakfast is THE most important meal of the day. It should be avoided at any cost.

 A healthy nutritious breakfast would fill you with all the nourishment that you need to run your day. A healthy breakfast includes lots of vitamins that’ll keep the body active and your skin glowing. So every day before stepping out, make sure you’ve had your breakfast so that you run the day instead of letting the day run you. 4.Dress smart It’s righteous to say that confidence is the key. Before leaving for work just ask yourself, “Would I appreciate somebody dressed the way I am?’’ and if you take longer than 5 seconds to reply, my friend you need to go back and change.  and you got to make it right. Also carry the right shade of smile before you cross that doorstep; it’ll only very welcoming, to you and to others as well. 5. Walk Whenever you are stressed, walk. Whenever you are worried, walk. Whenever you are upset, walk. Walking keeps your body active, while walking every part of your body works hence it’s attentive. Walking is productive too because seeing a lot of things encourages wonderment which further helps in better decision making and understanding.
